Opportunity We are seeking an ambitious, culture-minded individual to join our high-performing Inside Admissions team as a sales representative. This person will play a pivotal role in building relationships with potential students, driving growth, and spreading Kingdom mission alongside other highly motivated individuals. We are seeking candidates with top-notch communication skills, a deep understanding of our transformative products, and the desire to grow and develop excellent skills within the sales industry. Essential Duties Utilize effective closing techniques to secure deals of high-ticket sales Conduct outbound calls with finesse and persuasion Navigate calls to address customer concerns and objections Leads are provided but must leverage sales training and experience to boost sales rates Demonstrate confidence in fast-paced work environment Work in a culture with a “winning” mentality Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to different customer personalities and situations, and adjusting sales approach based on unique needs Belief in the product and its ability to meet customer needs. Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns or objections effectively Highly motivated Highly competitive Ambitious with a hunger to succeed. Qualifications and Experience Preferred Highschool diploma Telesales or related sales experience Proficiency with Kixie and HubSpot or similar CRMs is a plus We will train in office!
