This DVM will be largely responsible for clinical work with approximately 5 - 10% of time focused on Medical Director responsibilities. As a senior member of the practice management team, the Acting Medical Director combines clinical expertise, a dedication to veterinary code of ethics and regulatory standards, solution-driven expertise, emotional intelligence and utilizes a servant leadership mindset to promote excellence in veterinary medicine. .
