Position Overview: At Playground, we are dedicated to providing top-notch service and maintaining the highest standards for our food and beverage operations. As a Receiving Clerk , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and supplies into our organization. Maintains an effective filing system for purchase orders and delivery status. Enter, verify, and update data into computer systems and Eatech using prescribed formats and templates. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data by conducting regular reviews and audits. Perform data verification and validation to maintain data integrity. Collaborate with other team members to resolve data-related issues and address inquiries. Generate reports and compile data summaries as required. Conducts inventories on all storerooms and coolers to ensure adequate supplies for the property in the absence of purchaser. Promptly reviews and fills all department requisitions. Follows-up and informs the Purchasing Manager or activities and discrepancies. Schedules and monitors deliveries. Ensures friendly, efficient and professional customer service. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual (English, French) preferred Proven experience in data entry or related.
