Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal, within the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake. We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options. As a Player Services Team Lead , you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities include maintaining a comprehensive understanding of promotions, internal policies, and terms and conditions. You will ensure all team members effectively communicate promotions, fostering their excellence in their roles. Additionally, your role encompasses critical quality assurance tasks and involves the monitoring of various communication platforms. Ensure all team members are accurately communicating our promotions to our guests. Create, define and perform quality assurance through monitoring of all of our communication platforms (Phone, Email, Social and Face-to-Face) and design related training material to help our team members excel. Lead new team member training, reinforce exemplary performance and actions taken by fellow team members, provide constructive feedback and coaching, and support continuous improvement. Facilitate the collection of customer feedback data and results from initiatives; acting as a liaison between the PS teams and operations – provide the Player Service Manager with feedback as it becomes available, looking for patterns and tendencies or any indication.
