The Role We are looking for talented Business Development Representatives to join our Partner sales team. You will be responsible for expanding our client base across Canada and the USA by contacting and converting property management companies to qualified leads. This is an excellent opportunity to get in at the ground level of a rapidly growing startup! What you’ll be doing Own the lead pipeline from initial contact through to qualification Execute our outbound/inbound strategy through cold calling, emails and creative channels Become an expert in the Vendor PM platform and the property management industry Actively seek out new opportunities and leverage existing relationships to drive revenue growth Generate and move opportunities through the sales pipeline from initial touch to hand-off to an Account Executive Recognize and prioritize opportunities to meet monthly sales objectives Collaborate with Marketing to develop & launch email and social campaigns Utilize Salesforce for record-keeping of prospect accounts and for logging all activity and information on prospects.
