The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. The successful applicant may be eligible for an annual full-time incentive of up to $2,000 each year until 2024 as per MOU #31 of the current MNU collective agreement. Position Overview Under the general supervision of the Clinical Manager, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing services for patients, including those with complex and unpredictable health needs. These services include independent nursing services, administration of prescribed medical treatments, a leadership role within the health care team, and facilitating coordination of patient care. The LPN works to full scope of practice, engages in ongoing education and maintains competency with Professional Standards of Practice, College of Licensed Practical Nurse of Manitoba Code of Ethics, Competency Profile for Licensed Practical Nurses in Manitoba and the Regulated Health Professions Act. The LPN demonstrates a commitment to the vision, values, goals, and objectives of the facility/program. Experience Satisfactory employment record.
