Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Audio Visual (AV) Technician to join our dynamic team. This role requires advanced technical support, system design, installation, and implementation of our state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, ensuring seamless integration with our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will operate, maintain, and upgrade diverse AV systems to enhance our customers' digital experience. Reporting to both the IT Director and the Director of Entertainment, this position demands a mix of technical prowess and traditional AV experience. Provide training and support to staff and external clients in the operation of AV systems. Perform routine maintenance and regular quality assurance checks of AV and computer equipment in various in house environments. Manage and keep track of audiovisual inventory, ensuring all equipment is in optimal condition and readily available. Support and coordinate AV requirements for live events such as weekly DJ events, band performances, promotional contests, radio and television broadcasts.
