Job Description The WIMS Analyst is accountable for the Market Center’s product inventory, purchasing, receiving, warehouse processes, and distribution of products through the execution of standard operational policies and procedures. Manages the warehouse team by coordinating, coaching, and performance management. Achieves financial objectives by managing key metrics, identifying opportunities, and developing action plans for improvement. Responsible for ensuring prompt, pleasant and complete service is provided to internal and external contacts needing product or information. Provides and supports safety leadership in the Market Center. The Analyst will be responsible for assisting the WIMS Manager with with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, daily data review of product requirements, daily output of Warehouse order documents etc. The WIMS Analyst will be required to interact with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. Job Responsibilities Responsible for performing administrative functions including distributing mail, ordering and stocking supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors Assists unit management with clerical tasks in relation to accounting, payroll, receiving, and/or human resources including filing, data entry, record review and maintenance, etc. Greets customers, clients, and employees; answers inquiries or directs calls where necessary Schedules meetings and handles travel arrangements, expense reports, etc. Maintain office memos and informational postings Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager Directs in-bound and out-bound inventories of merchandise, equipment and supplies to ensure efficient storage and utilization.
