CPM is looking for a Financial Director for our Packaging Group. This position will be responsible for the entire cost accounting function for specifically assigned CPM business units as well as supporting corporate accounting. Daily tasks may range from detailed data analysis and posting journal entries in the ERP system to preparing and presenting results to senior management. The right candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with CPM business units around the world. This position reports directly to the controller. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles of increasing responsibility in standard costing or project costing environments utilizing ERP systems Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills in a team environment Motivated self-starter with ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Experience in manufacturing/assembly environment Advanced Microsoft Office skills CMA or CPA (update for UK) SAP Business One experience Experience with advanced financial planning tools such as Oracle or Adaptive Planning, and global ERP’s Experience working in a complex global, multi-currency.
