The Role: As a Residential Conveyancer, you will play a pivotal role in managing a variety of conveyancing cases, including freehold and leasehold transactions, new builds, remortgages, equity transfers, and shared ownership. Responsibilities: Prepare and issue contracts, process mortgage redemptions, and facilitate the exchange of contracts. Conduct thorough searches, title reports, lease evaluations, and raise relevant inquiries. Manage ID verification, funding sources, and gift deposits. Collaborate with fellow conveyancers, fostering departmental growth through teamwork and efficiency. Requirements: Previously worked as a Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive, or in a similar role. Proven experience in Residential Conveyancing. Proficiency in case management and online systems such as SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications etc. Skilled in IT.
