Based in our central and friendly offices in Burscough, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the recruitment process for our valued clients. As a Resourcer, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying top-notch candidates, reviewing CVs, and conducting interviews aligned with client criteria and industry standards. This position is diverse and engaging, encompassing responsibilities such as crafting job adverts, managing social media and job board postings, screening CVs via telephone or video, obtaining employment references, maintaining talent pools, and coordinating interview schedules. About You: We're seeking an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a proactive approach to work. Your ability to communicate effectively over the phone is crucial, as is your capacity to work independently. A strong service-oriented mindset, high organizational skills, and proficiency in administrative tasks are key. Experience in Recruitment or HR is advantageous but not mandatory.
