Job Quick Facts* Specialty: Emergency Medicine* Facility Location: Nags Head, NC* Board Requirement: BC* License Requirement: NC* Certification requirements: BLCS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS/APLS, NC DEA* Reason for Need: Supplemental* Coverage Period: Jul 11 - Aug 1, 2020* Service Setting: Outpatient* Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only* Shift schedule and dates to be covered: 10hr shifts days, nights, weekends- July 11,12 (4pm-2am)- July 14,15,16, (11am-9pm)- July 17 (4pm-2am)- July 23,24,25 (4pm-2am)- July 26,27,28,29,30,31 (8pm-6am)- July-- 25,26 (11am-9pm)- August 1 (11am-9pm)* Ave. no. of volumes per day:-- Outpatient - 100 or 1.8 patients per hour* Ave. Inpatient census: 20* Ave. no. of beds: 21 (ED dept)* Closed ICU* Procedures: Standard EM procedures* Facility details/equipment: 18 Acute care medical-surgical beds, 2 labor and delivery/recovery/post-partum beds, 1 level II nursery bed, 3 operating rooms, 24 hour laboratory available, 3 ORs* Support Staff: Anesthesiologist, and an onsite Radiologist* EMR: Epic* Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
