Develop your full potential Reporting to the General Manager, the Plant Manager's mission is to establish the performance standards of his or her unit and to achieve the established objectives by developing an action plan that respects the business rules and processes as well as the best manufacturing practices. You will participate in the implementation of processes, practices and tools specific to your unit aimed at optimizing operational efficiency while prioritizing health and safety. You also use your leadership skills to build a motivated and competent team and support their production efforts while nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and health and safety.
