Manage the development and supply of test procedures, facilities and tools for RS sites and depots Ensure that test procedures and tools configuration are managed during the project lifecycle Define the Standard Operating Procedures with reference time and monitor deviations Continuously optimizing SOP’s. Implement REX ( R eturn of E xperience) from Test & Commissioning phase of the project. Ensure Interface and perfect working relationship with engineering project team, Site Industrial, Warranty Implementation team, Site Logistics and Industrial Support to Warranty teams, Quality, Site Validation team. Support the T&C Operations team, for the implementation and execution of the Testing Procedures. Implement and deploy methods and tools and best practices pointed out at group level. Ensures T&C procedures comply with EHS Policy and Site EHS Management System Participates in EHS activities on shop floor. Educational Requirements Mandatory: Minimum license degree in engineering or equivalent Experience Mandatory: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Testing & Commissioning of Electrical, Control, onboard communications & network systems within process industry, railways or factory automation Desirable: Good knowledge in IT tools and smart devices Be familiar with high risk activities.
