We currently have an opening for a full-time permanent Induction Maintenance Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME), based in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada. Reporting to the Induction Maintenance Crew Lead, the Induction Maintenance AME will be able to work under varying supervision on aircraft undergoing conversion to Air Tankers, incl heavy maintenance, troubleshooting and major component replacements. Able to operate independently and exercise good judgment. In this role your duties will include the following: Carry out maintenance on Conair production A/C and production projects as assigned. Ensure aircraft are maintained in accordance with Conair policies and procedures and Transport Canada requirements. Always ensuring your personal safety and safety of co-workers. Completing assigned tasks and related paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. Working within a team environment assisting and/or directing fellow employees with the performance of their duties in a professional and courteous manner.
