Willing to consider that meets all requirements, stellar candidate Length of assignment - 1 year, possibility to extend Operations - help to project management, working along aside Finance Roles and Responsibilities: o Ensures 's compliance policies are followed, utilizing necessary SOPs and streamlining processes to ensure accountability o Oversight of US donations and sponsorships process for Advocacy team o Collaborate with Compliance to conduct regular trainings for Advocacy team to ensure adherence to SOPs (e. g. AE reporting, donations and sponsorships SOPs) o Improve ex-US patient contracting process (global and local compliance partnership) o Drive process changes and regular trainings for vendors o Oversees quarterly budget process for Advocacy and GCO Communications with the responsibility to analyze, manage and report on budget performance and variance analysis o Collaborate with Finance to develop processes to simplify budget tracking and visibility across line items to backss potential opportunities to realign and reallocate funding against business-critical priorities o Partner with cross functional budget teams in GCO and R&D to manage outside budget and transfers o Create and evolve budget tracker to share Advocacy budget with leadership and teams across organization o Manages third party vendors and drives efficiencies in processes o Develop and track performance measurements o Build continuous feedback loops to drive process improvements o Drives operational efficiencies and process changes, including sponsorship and donation process and tracking, to ensure team is focused on the greatest value or to free up resources for higher priority items o Creates tools including management of MS Teams channel and Smart Sheets.
