Job Description We have an exciting new role at Aramark, that needs your expertise. We are looking for a Project Manager - Construction & Capital Planning. You will be responsible for the overall leadership, planning and execution of mobilizing new accounts and construction projects. The position will have the responsibility for developing and monitoring the allocation of resources against a defined mobilization and/or capital construction plan. The position acts as a key liaison with Aramark's clients across Canada and is responsible to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, in the developing and executing strategic capital and mobilization plans. This position is part of our Growth team and reports into the Senior Director, Growth Enablement & Business Process Facility Services. Job Responsibilities Construction Management & Capital Planning (45%) Provides overall leadership to Aramark’s capital program management programs. Oversite of multiple capital projects from initial planning through construction Lead and oversee the coordination of project activities with multiple client departments to ensure all parties are well-informed and that work proceeds on schedule with minimal impact. Support Account Mobilization (25%) Lead the preparation and execution of project plans, budgets, resources, and schedules for assigned mobilizations and capital projects. Lead opening team(s) by building and managing nuances inclusive of timelines, including identifying needs and necessary accountability partners. Manage handoffs with various stakeholder to appropriate local team Third Party Contract Management (15%) Coordinate activities with various contractors, Aramark personnel, external brand partners and client staff. Document and escalate any performance issues (quality, timing, budget etc. Budgets and Cost Management (15%) Develop project budgets, predict end costs and control expenditures.
