The Role: As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be collaborating with the Managing Director to shape and implement marketing and business development strategies. Responsibilities: Identify and execute innovative marketing campaigns. Manage digital platforms, website, and social media content. Develop engaging content for online platforms. Manage marketing and business development budgets. Generate insightful management reports on activity, results, and ROI. Provide essential business management support to the Managing Director and board. Represent the business at networking events and expos, taking a lead on seminars. Coordinate with partners on advertising, print, press, photography, SEO, and more. Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, partners, and referrers. Oversee client feedback and lead charity/community initiatives. Requirements: Previously worked as a Sales Executive, Marketing Executive or in a similar role. Proven record in sales and business development. Possess a sound understanding of social platforms, familiarity with paid social media is advantageous. Ideally have background in legal sector. Showcase numeracy, forecasting, analytical, and presentation skills. Skilled in Microsoft Office, Word Press, or other website management systems.
