Systems Engineer/ Administrator We have an exciting new opportunity for a Saa S Systems Engineer/ Administrator with a successful, growing online retailer based on the south coast. Hybrid role - ideally 1 day per week at their Headquarters on the Hampshire/ Dorset border or Esinteraction In this role you will be hands on in scaling, optimising and managing the organization’s key integrated Saa S systems. Experience administering Saa S tools, working with API’s/ data, and ideally scripting skills are sought to ensure smooth integration and interoperability. Experience within ecommerce/ online retail, working with ERP, Order Management, Product Information Management Systems ideally sought. Excellent working environment and career opportunities Responsibilities: Implement, configure, test, manage, maintain and monitor all platform systems and infrastructure including ERP, PIM, OMS, Storefronts etc Participate in the procurement and/or implementation of new software and systems. Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems interoperability, data cohesion and infrastructure availability Monitor and backss system performance; identify possible solutions and work with stakeholders to implement solutions. Iteratively improve the system towards an agreed vision of the future state. Write and maintain scripts to customise Saa S platforms/integrations that maximise operational efficiency and system performance.
