Are you an experienced and reliable Traffic Marshall looking for a new opportunity? We have an exciting position available for a dedicated individual to join our team on a long: term contract basis at a bustling construction site near Glasgow. Key Responsibilities: Directing and managing the flow of traffic on and around the construction site. Coordinating with site supervisors and machinery operators to ensure a safe and efficient traffic flow. Implementing and enforcing site: specific traffic management plans. Communicating effectively with drivers, delivery personnel, and other site staff. Performing routine checks on traffic control equipment and reporting any issues promptly. Assisting with general site duties as required. Requirements: Valid Traffic Marshall certification. CSCS card. Proven experience in a similar role on construction sites. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast: paced environment. Understanding of health and safety regulations related to traffic management. Reliability and punctuality are essential. Full UK driving licence is beneficial.
