Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to join our esteemed IT department. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively monitoring and resolving any issues within our company's data center and network infrastructure. Your proficiency in monitoring system and network performance, coupled with your strategic planning capabilities, will be instrumental in ensuring data integrity and mitigating risks effectively. Key Responsibilities: Offer first-level support for network infrastructure across our head office and stores, promptly addressing any arising issues Conduct continuous monitoring and auditing of network performance, security, and availability, taking appropriate remedial actions to sustain optimal system functionality Employ analytical and logical reasoning to troubleshoot and resolve network-related challenges Perform software and hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance, including proficient license software management Safeguard data integrity and system security by executing regular data backups, maintaining system documentation, and implementing a comprehensive disaster recovery plan Manage software installation and licensing Oversee the management of multiple networks and security infrastructure within the business environment Liaise with vendors for internet installation and upgrades for head office and stores Act as the primary resource for addressing network hardware and operating system issues Configure network monitoring systems.
