Job DescriptionIBP Of Miami is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Construction Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Construction Sales Rep, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our construction products and services to potential clients in the Florida area.Responsibilities: * Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling * Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key decision-makers in the construction industry * Understand customer needs and project requirements to provide tailored solutions * Conduct persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our products and services * Prepare detailed proposals, bids, and quotations in response to customer inquiries * Engage in price negotiations and contract discussions to secure sales and achieve revenue targets * Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction * Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance and forecastsPreferred Qualifications: * Proven experience in construction sales or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong sales acumen and negotiation abilities * In-depth knowledge of construction products and services * Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions * Self-motivated and target-driven mindset * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as requiredPhysical demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
