The Role: As a Solicitor, youll be independently managing the caseload of dispute resolution. You will also supervise secretaries, paralegals, trainees, and others as needed. Duties: Undertake legal work aligned with core values. Meet monthly and annual fee earning targets. Manage debtors appropriately, including obtaining funds in accordance with departmental policy. Build, maintain, and nurture a network for winning new work. Foster relationships with existing and past clients for repeat instructions. Engage in ad hoc business development activities as needed. Requirements: Previously worked as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor or in a similar role. Minimum 8 years PQE in High and County Courts. Experience in a respected dispute resolution/litigation team. Expertise in contract disputes, contentious probate, landlord and tenant disputes, commercial disputes, and partnership disputes. Essential experience in mediation and/or ADR.
