Be part of a winning team that leads the way in Enterprise Information Management. The Opportunity: Help us build a Total Reward capability across the EMEA region. As an experienced reward professional and subject matter expert, you will work on the strategy, analysis, design, and project management of UK and regional reward initiatives, with an emphasis on retirement and insured benefits. Taking a leadership role in a matrixed environment you will work closely with the EMEA Reward leader to ensure the success of transformational benefit and compensation projects progress, with a special focus on the UK and Ireland. In this role, you lead specification, feasibility, market review, and selection of a flex benefit platform for the UK and IE. This will include managing the transition and closure of legacy pension plans in Ireland and reviewing and proposing pathways to harmonization of pension contributions in the UK and IE. You will also serve as project manager for all pension integration work in Germany including a three-year road map and recommendation on how to govern and administer the plans going forward. You will also help to develop and extend engaging financial well-being programs in the UK and IE partnering with comms, HRBPs, and HRSS. You will work closely with the Director of Total Rewards M&A on potential acquisitions by assisting with due diligence and integration proposals. You are great at: Interpret Reward strategy and priorities to develop project terms of reference and scope by applying a total rewards lens to all programs and benefits. Manage the interface with key stakeholders to solicit and integrate input and direction. Develop and manage project plans and milestone commitments, adjusting according to progress and conditions.
