The Dedicated Account Coordinator will establish and nurture an ongoing productive relationship with the client's representative, ensuring that lines of communication are established and continuously open What's in it for you? Working as a client Liaison. Regular Communication with On-Site Security Personnel. Monitor Staff Performance. Will be responsible for maintaining the site Schedule- including but not limited to ensuring all site shifts are filled Tracking and coordinating staff training. Attend Security and Safety meetings on site. Answers directly to Account Manager Weekly site visits Qualifications to become an Account coordinator in Winnipeg A diploma from a recognized institution in Security technology or equivalent would be an asset. 1+ years in a physical security environment would be an asset. Previous experience is Customer service and jobs that require an analytical skill set is required. Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation or equivalent would be an asset. Time Management skills. Professional and self motivated. Superior customer service / interpersonal skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office programs, able to create, manipulate excel to create spreadsheets, charts and graphs. Able to work in a team environment or independently as required.
