Description: Our client in the finance industry is seeking talented IT Migration Specialist candidates for an upcoming endpoint migration project to support a Zero Trust environment. As an IT Migration Specialist, candidates will be responsible for migrating end users as well as providing enterprise-level support for the affected end users. This is a very dynamic role where you will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot, and resolve customer problems while contributing to the overall migration project success. Responsibilities: Provide tier II support during endpoint migration to support a Zero Trust environment. Troubleshoot reported issues in a highly professional and efficient manner. Manage users in AD including adding and removing user permissions, resetting profile related information. Perform troubleshooting for end user issues relating to M365 (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook). Assist with migration-related issues and report back to the client and/or project team. Resolve issues through trouble tickets for customers who are being or have been migrated during the project. Perform troubleshooting related to reported VPN, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender for Office and Defender for Endpoint policies. Manage challenging tasks escalated from support engineers. Provide detailed problem descriptions or reporting for escalation. Requirements: Experience performing endpoint migrations within an enterprise organization. Highly skilled with M365 (Teams, One Drive, Excel, Word, Power Point). 2-5 years of practical operational and support experience. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
