They pride themselves on delivering top-notch products and services to their clients and are looking for a dedicated Internal Sales Engineer to join their team. Other suitable titles could include Engineering Administrator, Proposal Engineer, Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator or similar. Commutable from Lutterworth, Coventry, Nuneaton, Atherstone, Tamworth, Rugby and Leicester. The Role: Internal Sales - Showcase a demonstrable history of success in client-facing roles within an engineering environment. - Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and service when engaging with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met effectively. - Possess a solid working knowledge of Mechanical Engineering, with the ability to apply technical expertise to internal sales processes. - Skillfully interpret technical drawings and understand Bill of Materials BOMs to facilitate seamless communication with both clients and internal team. - Leverage your experience to prepare accurate and comprehensive quotes for engineering customers efficiently. - Exhibit a proactive approach in following up with customers, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries promptly. - Demonstrate practical experience in sourcing parts and materials, contributing to the efficiency of internal sales.
