Regional Sales Assistantin GAC London Unique Skills: Candidate should have a thorough knowledge of cultural customs, shipping complexities, business practices, and behavior styles relative to the UK, Europe, India, and Africa. Some experience planning and setting up events is preferred as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Education and Experience Requirements Associates Degree in business or marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 3 years sales, marketing, hospitality, aviation, or administrative sales support experience. A Bachelors degree in business or marketing may be used in lieu of 2 years of work experience requirement. Position Purpose: Under supervision, provides executive level support in the aircraft sales process. Coordinates with Regional Sales Specialists to develop and send out sales and marketing materials as directed by the sales team. Assists in the planning for sales and completions visits, aircraft demonstration activity, customer events and marketing initiatives in support of assigned sales division. Tracks, maintains and updates accurate customer information within CRM to support mailings, invitation lists, prospecting efforts, sales visits, aircraft demonstration flights, and opportunity status on accounts actively engaged by assigned sales division. Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: : Under supervision, prepares customer proposals reflecting accurate pricing, updated brand aesthetics and timely presentation of production aircraft available for sale. : Under supervision, prepares various supporting sales documents including aircraft deal sheets, technical data such as cost of operations and range maps, sales contracts and financial payment schedules.
