Role Overview: As a Specialist Critical Care Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning and advancement of our shop department. Working closely with the management team, you will ensure the highest standards of medical care within the critical care unit/ITU. Requirements: Completion of at least one-year postgraduate clinical shop. Current professional registration as a Pharmacist with the General medical Council. Experience in providing medication counselling to patients. Proven ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment with nursing and/or medical colleagues. It is essential to have experience in Critical Care / ITU. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Lead Clinical Pharmacist to develop and implement strategies for monitoring the overall quality of medicines management. Lead the development, validation, and maintenance of clinical shop services within Critical Care. Attend critical care-related multidisciplinary team meetings regularly.
