The Bookkeeper/Banking Operations Officer will have experience of high-volume payment processing, transaction and transfer documentation along with some basic bookkeeping including invoicing, payments and billings. Candidates must be able to uphold confidentiality in all aspects of the role. Bank account management - Liaise with banks for payment instructions and daily communication. Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, including deposits, withdrawals, and account balances. Maintain proper up-to-date accounting records. Manage invoices, payments, and billing processes. Prepare accounting related financial reports for management review.
