GENERAL MANAGER - VEGAN RESTAURANT CLEAN KITCHEN CLUB at BATTERSEA POWER STATION Got a passion for working with people and up for the challenge of keeping our vegan fast food restaurant at the top of it's game? We want to hear from you! As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our restaurant. Your main duties will include: - Managing and supervising all staff members, including kitchen and front-of-house teams- Ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation- Implementing and maintaining food safety standards and procedures- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve profitability- Conducting regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates- Training new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards- Collaborating with the management team to develop marketing initiatives and promotions- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations To be a success in this role, you should have the following: - Strong leadership and team management skills- Knowledge of food preparation techniques- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control If you are a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, we would love to hear from you.
