The ideal candidate should possess strong academic credentials, be self-motivated, and demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Duties:Provide legal counsel on tax-related matters related to employee benefits and executive compensation.Advise clients on ERISA compliance and regulations.Draft and review legal documents, including employee benefit plans and executive compensation agreements.Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant tax laws and regulations.Collaborate with clients to develop effective tax strategies. Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-employee benefits and executive compensation.Strong academic credentials with a law degree from an accredited institution.Proven track record of providing legal counsel on complex tax matters.Self-motivated with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Knowledge of ERISA compliance and regulations. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
