The Role As Quality Control Coordinator , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of top-notch residential properties to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Compensation / Benefits Contract based, rate negotiable, based on experience Cell phone allowance or company provided cell phone Company laptop or i Pad Flexible hours - as required based on business needs Key Responsibilities: Inspection and Compliance: Conduct thorough inspections of completed interior finishings to verify compliance with project specifications and design requirements. Identify, document, and communicate any deviations from approved plans or quality standards. Material and Product Evaluation: Evaluate the quality of interior materials and finishes to ensure they meet the established standard s and specifications. Collaborate with project team to communicate any items not equal to the specifications provided. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of interior finishings inspections, results, and quality control activities. Generate comprehensive reports outlining findings, recommendations, and corrective actions. Document all issues and notes identified in Procore for communication to the Project Team and Subtrades. Coordination and Communication: Work closely with the project team to address quality-related issues and implement corrective measures. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on interior finishing specifications. Continuous Improvement: Analyze data from inspections to identify.
