A rare and exciting opportunity has a risen to join our fantastic culinary team as our Pastry Commis Chef. Working 20 hours per week you will be working closely with our talented chefs giving you the opportunity to learn and gain valuable experience. Assisting the pastry chef in creating desserts, pepart-fours, and breads in our well-equipped pastry kitchen. Preparing and baking pastries, desserts, cakes, cookies, sweets, and pies according to recipes and quality standards. Ensuring that the pastry and bakery areas are clean and well maintained and following the cleaning checklists.
