Internal Sales Engineer - Wellingborough - Up to £34,500/year + Bonus Join our team as an Internal Sales Engineer where you will provide efficient and solutions-based responses to customer inquiries, utilizing a range of products. Strong communication and teamwork skills are crucial, as the role involves collaboration with internal and external sales teams, as well as European manufacturing facilities. Key Responsibilities: Handle a diverse range of enquiries and orders independently after product training. Provide product selection guidance and cost-effective solutions. Generate timely written and verbal proposals. Liaise with Field Sales and European manufacturing facilities. Offer technical/commercial support to Area Sales Managers. Take ownership of key product lines and serve as the main point of contact for related sales enquiries. Attend required staff training sessions. Requirements: Good general education and computer literacy, especially in Microsoft products. Mechanical engineering background or relevant degree would be highly adventageous. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness to learn new products and markets. Technical mindset and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, BAAN, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is advantageous. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work on own initiative.
