WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS: Reporting to the Manager, OCC, the Operations Duty Manager is responsible for the integrity of the planned schedule to deliver excellent customer service through management of aircraft, customer support, and crew resources to achieve a safe, efficient, reliable, and compliant operation. During times of disruption this role ensures the return to the scheduled operating plan as soon as practical. This position reports directly to the Manager OCC. The ODM is responsible for coordinating with operational groups, incorporating their input in decision making, and effectively communicating decisions to the OCC teams and external stakeholders when required.
