The Role Reporting to the VP, HR, the HR Director, Americas is responsible for the overall people agenda and management of the Human Resources function of the Americas region, including Canada, US and LATAM. This role will promote the linkage between business and human resources activities and facilitate solutions to employee and leadership issues. Primary responsibilities of the role include: Contribute to and support the delivery of the HR strategy in line with business objectives. Support the development and continuous improvement of HR systems and policies in line with best practices. Drive and deliver HR initiatives to support business needs, such as talent acquisition and development, employee engagement, performance management and organizational change.
