Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified full-time Personal Trainers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated fitness professional with a strong educational background and a passion for helping clients achieve their health, wellness, and performance goals. You will work closely with our members, providing personalized training programs and guidance to help them reach their full potential. Please note, candidates with Kinesiology background AND license will be given priority and increased compensation opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct fitness backssments and evaluations to determine clients' current fitness levels, goals, and limitations. Develop customized fitness programs tailored to each client's needs and goals. Provide one-on-one, one-on-two, or small group training sessions (in-person and virtually); ensuring clients receive proper guidance, motivation, and support. Monitor clients' progress, adjust training programs as needed, and track their achievements. Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle choices.
