Description:

Primary Purpose: Responsible for activity supporting guest of the Performing Arts Center. Provides superior customer service, enforcing policies in a friendly and courteous manor. Maintains cleanliness of the Performing Arts Center. Communicates with on duty Park Ranger to secure the building. Other Duties as assigned by the General Manager. Supervision: Reports directly to Performing Arts Center Manager. Does not supervise other employees. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and to handle difficult situations professionally, using discretion, patience and proper etiquette. Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to positively interact with a variety of people in a diverse work environment. Possesses knowledge of Performing Art Center operations and safety procedures. Able to learn complex computer programs Able to work independently and as a member of a team. Working Environment: Work is primarily done in an indoor setting. Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
