About the Store Team The Store Team is responsible for in achieving and maintaining a level of customer satisfaction and friendliness, which exceeds that found in competing retail environments. . About the Position We are looking for an organized and hardworking Sporting Goods & Automotive Area Coordinator to join Bi-Mart. This position is responsible for merchandising, presentation and cleanliness of the sporting goods and automotive departments as well as training and managing clerks in those areas. Responds proactively to customer's needs and ensures outstanding customer satisfaction. Good people and leadership skills a must. Work as a team with management and coworkers. Schedule: Bi-Mart stores are open 9:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday - Friday and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday - Sunday *hours may vary depending upon workload and assignment. Pay: 2 Week pay cycle.
