Title: Training Manager Full-Time - Contingent on Contract Award (Anticipated Award March 2023) Location: Fort McCoy, WI Company: Advanced Computer Learning Company, LLC Who We Need: Advanced Computer Learning Company (ACLC), LLC is seeking a Training Manager for the Regional Training Site - Medical (RTS-Med) at Fort McCoy, WI. The RTS-Med carries out teaching and instruction activities for U.S. Army reserve component medical units, other Army components, joint medical units, and civil authorities in disaster assistance and response to weapons of mass destruction. This site offers several versions of realistic medical simulation training in a state of the art facility and tactical deployable medical systems (DEPMEDS). The RTS-Med executes integrated combat health support training and logistical support to include; individual and collective clinical training, Warrior Task training, medical maintenance support and training, logistics support, training and exercise support, pre-deployment support, and disaster contingency support. Responsibilities: Management of all training courses and event requirements with customer units Personnel management of staff schedules related to daily work requirements of the training section staff Management and coordination with RTS-MED government and contract staff on training logistics. Organization and implementation of training updates and courses. Personnel development through evaluation of instructors, using standardized assessment tools. Management of customer unit long-term exercise(s) or mobilization goals (working with units 1-3 years in advance). Serves as a primary or assistant instructor for Hospital Center Primary Leadership Level Courses, such as Ward Master Course, and EXNET. Minimum Requirements: Four years of military experience as a commissioned or non-commissioned officer (E-5 or above), with at least two years of experience in project or personnel management. Management experience in developing training or mobilization plans. Experience with military training concepts and organizational structure. Military medical experience with Role 2 or Role 3 Army Field Medical Treatment Facilities, Air Force Expeditionary Medical Support Systems, or Navy Expeditionary Medical Facility operations. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing Soldiers and/ or staff. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
