The ideal manager: Anticipates team members' and guests' needs and springs into action to serve others. Leads by example in creating a fun and exciting work environment and dining experience. Maintains self-control and a calming influence during working hours when needed. Communicates directly with business consultants and support center staff who are available to assist with day-to-day restaurant operations. Willingness to learn technology systems to support restaurant operations. Maintains Costa Vida food safety and brand standards. The ideal candidate: Prior experience as a general manager, assistant manager, or shift manager with four years of leadership or management experience.
