Description:
The job duties of a technology specialist at Els for Autism Foundation based in Jupiter Florida, include:+ Troubleshooting and upgrading servers and firewalls+ Keeping systems secure and performing well+ Providing information and end-user support, coordinating the installation of phones, printers, or computers, and planning information technology products.+ Overseeing the operation of all audiovisual equipment and workplace camera technology and the tracking of inventory levels of equipment and materials. + Perform routine systems support, maintenance and testing; trouble shoot and resolve general system hardware, software and network faiilures. + Assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, workstations and/or related equipment and devices. + May be required to train staff on the Foundation's technology resources and assist on other tasks as assigned. Requirements:+ Bachelors degree in Information Technology or Computer Science and 2+ years of experience in a technical support/help desk position + Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and Windows Operating Systems and related software applications + Proficient with Microsoft Products + Ability to trouble shoot hardware issues + Ability to solve technical issues, communicate with customers effectively + Knowledge of Android and Apple products a plus Job Posted by ApplicantPro
