Complementing our lodging and campsites are a clubhouse, indoor pool, hot tub, adult lounge, game room, riding stables, hiking trails and much more to help our guests have a great vacation while enjoying our 850 acres of wooded and rolling landscape. Job Description: General Store Clerks are responsible for helping guests with point of sale for the store, serving food from the snack shop area, scooping ice cream, making pizzas, and cleaning in and around the General Store area. They do all of this, while delivering a great guest experience. Duties: Provide superior guest service over the telephone and in person by being enthusiastic, attentive, and helpful. Greet all guests with a positive attitude and well-groomed appearance, a smile, and proper uniform. Follow all guidelines and procedures regarding the handling of food and merchandise. Follow specific cash and credit card handling procedures and properly use all office equipment. Engage with the guests in a positive upbeat manner, while encouraging up selling. Make and meet goals set by yourself and supervisor Qualifications: General knowledge of computer and phone operations Excellent guest service skills Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to communicate effectively over the phone.
