Position Overview and Job Responsibilities: The Defense of Guam Requirements Systems Engineer will assist the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) deliver critical capabilities to support the defense of Guam by providing timely capabilities to defend one of our nation's key strategic hubs by leading all requirements/technical baselining efforts and coordinating these efforts with MDS Elements, program offices, and other stakeholders. Job Responsibilities: Support development of requirements for the defense of Guam Support Systems Engineering Milestone Reviews, boards, and working level meetings Assist in the development of Executive level briefings, papers, communication briefs and other correspondence Participate in the Government Integrated Product Team group forums, Technical Interchange Meetings Coordinate technical requirements across the Defense of Guam (DoG) supporting elements and the MDA Stakeholders Required Education and Experience: Master's degree in a STEM field 12+ years of related engineering/system engineering experience Ability and willingness to travel, when required, to support oversight, meetings, reviews, etc. Desired Experience: Familiarity and experience with missile defense component development, test, production, and integration preferably with MDA engineering programs Experience with digital engineering tools (i.e. Doors, Windchill, Qlik) to communicate technical information Proficiency in written and verbal skills as well as MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Problem solving ability Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Clearance: Top Secret preferred KODA Technologies Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, pregnancy, status as a parent, national origin, disability (physical or mental), family medical history or genetic information, political affiliation, military service, or other non-merit based factors.
