Job Description LS Technologies currently has multiple Systems Engineer opportunities at a variety of levels in the Air Traffic Management, Business Area. Responsibilities Development of Operational Concepts, Scenarios, and Use Cases. Program management. Lead and work effectively in a cross-discipline team environment . Support preparation for and actively advance customer, stakeholder and project team interactions. Development of presentations and reports . Provide technical program support to include, analysis and definition of operational, functional, and system requirements. Logistics support (meetings, agendas, action tracking, etc.) . Application of standard methodologies to gather, process, and analyze data. Use appropriate software to effectively organize and present data and generate reports. Develop operational demonstration and test plans. Requirements Must have 3 or more years of relevant experience. Experience/familiarity with National Airspace System (NAS), Enterprise Architecture and Operational Improvements, and the FAA's Acquisition Management System (AMS) . P rov e n, e f f ec t i ve in t e r ac t ions and c om m unic a t i on with e x ec ut i v e s, man a g e rs, e mp l o y ee s, c usto m e rs, a n d stakeholders. Experience with Con ce ptual, L o g ic a l, and E x c h a n g e models. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Project and Outlook. Experience with implementation of data exchange standards, SOA services and Information Engineering a plus. F l i g ht qualifi c a t i ons/ e x p e ri e n c e (Priv a te, I nstrument, Com m e r c ial, e tc.) . Experience with F AA pr o gr a ms or s y ste m s such a s; S W I M, ERA M , T B F M, T F M S , S T A R S /TAMR, ATOP, TFDM, E-IDS, et c . Experience with Future ATM concepts such as: Aircraft Access to SWIM, UAS Traffic Management, Trajectory Based Operations, etc . Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Math, Computer Science or related engineering fields from an accredited college or university.
