Position Summary: As part of our operations team, the Operations Manager will manage the daily operations of our New Jersey regional office in providing consistent, exemplary communication and service to our valued client base and will be assisting with payroll, scheduling and security training or our regional security team. The Operations Manager works in conjunction with Operations and HR departments to foster best practices that are compliant with federal/state regulations and is committed to the respect and integrity of our Arrow mission to provide an exceptional client and employee experience. Qualifications: 7 years' management experience Minimum of 3 years' experience in the guarding industry managing security officers assigned to multiple locations and clients Valid NJ Sora security license Valid NJ Driver's license HS Diploma or GED Strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills and experience in client relations Experience scheduling officers for various clients, scheduling software a plus! must live in the Mercer County area Annual salary between $45,000 to $50,000 Founded in 1985, we have perfected our approach to high quality security.
