ROLE: Engineering Administrator (Production/ Engineering) LOCATION: Sandy Bedfordshire TERM: Permanent SALARY: GBP 23,000 to GBP 28,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Premier Engineering are looking for Production Administrator to join a growing business based in Sandy, Bedfordshire. DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Answering phone calls and following up queries. : Taking notes in meetings. : Scanning/photocopying confidential documents. : Tracking the development of projects ensuring the status is up to date on internal system : Liaise with both internal departments and sales offices to keep them updated of any delays when they occur. SKILLS and EXPERIENCE: : Excellent communication skills : Experience of coordinating projects : Strong Administration Skills : An interest in engineering and the engineering process required within the department : Good working knowledge of Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, Outlook). : Accuracy with attention to detail and excellent organisational skills : A logical approach to problem solving : Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative to act decisively.
