Junior Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Engineer – Canary Wharf – Hybrid - £30,000 + OTE We are on the hunt for a technically skilled and confident individual that has experience in Network Security/Cybersecurity or a holds a related Degree to join our clients’ growing Pre-sales team. Within this role you will be working with prospective and existing clients to develop technical solutions to their security issues. This will include leading discovery meetings to find out where their security pain points are, their unique situation and perhaps most importantly what they want to gain from their relationship with you. For this role you will need to be an open minded, quick thinking and proactive person with outstanding communication skills. You must be able to master our service offerings, so that you can assist our sales team with designing the perfect solutions for our customers. Your technical knowledge, presentation and interpersonal skills will set you apart from other candidates. Responsibilities: Providing technical pre-sales support and resources such as presentations to our current and prospective clients Liaising, mentoring, and supporting our sales teams to win, grow and expand accounts by addressing technical challenges Mid to Large Enterprise accounts Mastering our product and service offerings, technologies, business model and platforms Partnering with prospect stakeholders to address complex technical or business challenges Technical ownership and support of a sales opportunity. Working with internal stakeholders and product managers to drive improvements Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are consistently upheld Arranging and conducting technical training for our partners and customers Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:.
