JDRF supports a diverse and inclusive workforce and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.As a member of the Client Services team, this position is responsible for providing advanced technical support for a wide variety of the organization's infrastructure and technical operations. This role also requires cross collaboration with the Information Security team on information security tasks including management of Azure/ Entra, Intune, and conditional access policies. The role covers responsibilities in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Information Security, Networking, and Azure / Entra.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for providing Level 2/3 escalations from other members of the Client Services team for Microsoft 365 related issues including, but not limited to: * Exchange * SharePoint * Teams * OneDrive * AutoPilot * Collaborating with Information Security to perform cross-functional security tasks including, but not limited to: * Azure / Entra ID management * Management of Intune policies impacting endpoints * Management of Azure / Entra conditional access policies * Virtual Private Network (VPN) configuration and maintenance * Applying security and additional patches to servers * Acts as a primary resource for collaborating with resources on networking related maintenance and troubleshooting including monitoring for outages as reported by Internet Service Providers, collaborating with configuration changes, and recommending hardware solutions. * Collaborates in partnership with additional resources to ensure cloud network infrastructure is maintained, optimized, and secured. * Supports the organization's single sign-on capabilities including configuration of SAML or related authentication mechanisms for applications. * Develops configurations and policy enforcement in Microsoft Intune to enforce standardized controls on endpoints including: * Windows * Mac * Mobile (iOS / Android) * Assists in the development and maintenance of virtual desktop resources utilized by the organization's employees and auxiliary workforce. * Utilizes PowerShell to administer cloud applications, perform configuration changes, and develop automation. EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS: * A minimum of eight years related experience is required. * Demonstrated experience utilizing PowerShell for automation, auditing, and configuration management is required. * A minimum of five years of experience in an administrative role maintaining a Microsoft 365 environment including management of Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and additional applications is required. * Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure / Entra including management of identities, conditional access policies, resource groups, networking, and other aspects of the technology. * Outstanding written and communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical teams. * Experience in Information Security related tasks including identity management, policies, procedures. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Excellent decision-making skills, analytical ability, and judgement * Strong customer service attitude and customer focused approachEDUCATION: * Bachelor's degree is preferred. * Pertinent certifications are a plus, including: * Network+, CCNA or equivalent. * ITIL * Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or equivalent * Security+ or equivalentTargeted salary range: $115k - $130kEssential Functions:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
